Every bride dreams of her wedding day. Our packages are designed to meet the needs of our clients. So, whether you are looking to having us take care of a few items, handle every aspect of your reception, or anything in between, El Tango may be your dream venue.

The extra perks with booking with us:

• You may pick the caterer of your choosing.

• You provide your own alcohol.

• There are no corking fees.

• We offer a guideline of how much alcohol/mixes you will need for the bar.

• We have multiple in-house services including a florist and designer. #onestopshop

• We can offer design tips and table samples when you are unsure of what you like.

• We take the time and go over every detail of your reception.

• We call and confirm with your vendors the week of your special day.

• Bar Supplies: unlimited plastic cups, stirring straws, and cocktail napkins for the bar 

The Details

DEPOSIT:
The deposit is a holding and damage security deposit in addition to the package price. It is due at the time of booking and refunded 15-30 days after the event.

EVENT HOURS:
4:00pm – 12:00am

BAR HOURS:
4:00pm – 11:30pm

CLEANING:
12:00am – 1:00am

DAY-OF SETUP:
12:00pm – 4:00pm

DAY BEFORE SETUP:
4 hours between
8:00am – 2:00pm (pending availability)

ADDITIONAL HOURS BEFORE 4PM:
$450.00 per hour

TO EXTEND THE EVENT (2 HOURS MAX):
$700.00 per hour
Note: Bar closes 30 minutes before scheduled event end time.

IMPORTANT:
We do require a $1,000,000 event insurance policy with El Tango, LLC dba El Tango Reception Hall listed as additional insured.
